Job Summary: Customer service

Working within our inbound call center, Customer Service Representatives, or CSRs, serve as a primary point of contact between our Customers and us. CSRs provide product and services information to resolve any emerging problems our Customers may face with accuracy and efficiency. Truly great CSRs are genuinely excited to help Customers. They’re patient, empathetic, passionately communicative, with solid problem-solving capabilities. Customer Service Representatives can put themselves in our Customers’ shoes and advocate for them when necessary. They are confident at troubleshooting and investigate when they don’t have enough information to resolve Customer complaints. CSR’s performance is assessed through their ability to achieve productivity and service standards, respond efficiently to Customer inquiries, and maintain high Customer Satisfaction.

Help Desk Support Technician


Do you enjoy the outdoors?   If so, ammocalibers might be just the place for you!  As a member of the Help Desk Support team, you will be responsible for desk top support to include providing root cause analysis and problem resolution for all ammocalibers users. The Help Desk Support Technician position will be responsible for supporting the help desk processes, and assisting in improvement of existing processes and systems, to support the organizational vision and goals. In the Help Desk Support Technician role, you will have the opportunity to interact with all ammocalibers employees, so communication skills and ability to problem solve are very important!  

In This Role, You Will

  • Identify, diagnose, and resolve level one hardware and software issues related to users
  • Support, monitor, test, and troubleshoot hardware and software problems pertaining to users
  • Identify, complete, or schedule repairs to user equipment
  • Provide end user support for all local installed and LAN-based applications
  • Work to ensure that all client side workstations have the latest software patches as needed

About You

  • Will have an Associates’ degree in Information Systems, or related technical discipline.  Bachelor’s degree a big +!
  • Have acquired or are in the process of completing your A+, Net+, or MCITP Certification or equivalent 
  • Have training and working knowledge with Microsoft workstation operating systems within one release of the current general release by Microsoft
  • You have a minimum of one year of relevant desk top support experience
  • You have an in-depth knowledge of standard concepts, practices and procedures related to daily user requirements.
